Our core investment philosophy is that we invest in stocks of companies with solid fundamentals, not just stocks that are popular among investment public or have attractive technical analysis at the time. Through our thorough research we identify companies with strong financials and strong positioning in their respective markets. Our fund managers and research analysts access various sources of information, such as research reports, market analysis and proprietary data. They also devote a lot of time in visiting companies into which we invest. Between bottom-up and top-down investing, we gravitate more towards bottom-up investing.
In the fixed income area we assess prospects of inflation in various countries, probability of interest rate changes, and credibility of issuers.
