BZ WBK Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych – was founded in 1998 and is the second largest investment fund company in Poland with nearly three Billion Euro in assets under management. The company was formed as a joint venture between BZ WBK Bank and AIB Capital Markets PLC. The company’s operations are focused on management of the Arka family of funds and the Credit Agricole fund.

BZ WBK TFI specializes in equity and fixed income investments in Eastern European markets. Its highly qualified investment professionals have a deep knowledge of the regional financial landscape. Over the years they have learned the nature of structural transformation of Eastern Europe, and are capable of identifying attractive investment opportunities in the region. By using qualitative research methods and by making frequent visits to publicly traded companies they have produced a very good long-term investment performance of Arka funds.

BZ WBK TFI provides investment management services to individual investors, high net worth individuals, and institutions.

BZ WBK TFI SA is owned by BZ WBK Asset Management SA. BZ WBK TFI SA acts as the investment fund company appointing BZ WBK Asset Management SA as the investment manager. Both companies work jointly on various strategic initiatives.
