Arka BZ WBK Property Market Fund
Fund invests primarily in office space (at least 50 per cent of the Property Market Portfolio), warehouse and retail property, as well as participating in residential projects. The latter may comprise no more than 25 per cent of the Property Market Portfolio.

Arka BZ WBK Property Market Fund 2
The fund’s investments in office and retail property may account for up to 90 per cent of the Property Market Portfolio. The other property types may make up in total no more than 80 per cent of investments. Development investments whose objective is to build properties of the above-mentioned types may comprise no more than 50 per cent of investments. At least 50 per cent of assets will be invested in Poland. The Fund’s managers may choose to invest up to 50 per cent of their assets in the Czech Republic, Hungary, Bulgaria, Romania, Croatia, Lithuania, Latvia, Ukraine and Russia.
